The BIA-101

The basic specifications of today's Bioimpedance analyzers remain fundamentally the same as those of the original BIA-101. Every instrument manufactured by RJL Systems incorporates passive isolation for safety, accuracy and repeatability. Some BIA-101 are still in use after more than 20 years.

First BIA 101

The first BIA-101 measured electrical resistance and reactance at 50 Khz and used rechargeable batteries in 1981.
